Not much going on with meeee. I've focused a lot on my writing in the last, well, year, I guess. And now that I'm working full time, I hardly ever turn my laptop on anymore, which means less puffs all around. I'm hoping to pop out a Frozen puff one of these days because that movie is MY LIFE. MY LIFE, YOU HEAR. And eventually I'd like to do something for Holy Musical Batman (two years late, but I'm workin' on it!). I also have a Tangled puff that I have worked on on and off for the last two years... it's going to be awesome if I ever finish it. ;_; Creatively that's all I'm doing (or not doing) right now. Work consumes me.

A friend on Facebook went on a small rant about disliking the phrase "new year, new you," and you know what? I agree. Just because it's a new year doesn't mean you suddenly become a new person. We should always be striving to become better people, day after day, not year after year. Not because you realize a year has passed and you've done nothing with your life or yourself, but because we should always be learning and growing. What you can change more immediately is your outlook for the new year. Accept your failures and move on, more positively and actively than before.
